Miranda Fornaro
Operations Associate
Miranda Fornaro, who joined EcoR1 Capital in September 2019, is the firm’s Operations Associate. She is responsible for office administration and operations for the firm. Prior to joining EcoR1, Ms. Fornaro was a Director with the American Heart Association in the Bay Area. Ms. Fornaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the College of Charleston.

Stevie is a rescue from the fields of Fresno but has adapted to the city life of San Francisco. He's a blend of beagle, husky, and teddy bear. He carries all his emotions in his eyes, a silent graceful pup with a big heart. He loves time in the office to comfort team members through their long work days. He's never met a human, dog, bone or cup of yogurt he didn't love. He currently holds an Emotional Support Animal certificate.
